NRP Group, LLC is a nationally recognized and award winning developer based in Cleveland, Ohio. When they were developing the new 624 bed
‘The Depot’ student housing near Akron University Campus they needed a way to showcase their property to the public. WBA teamed with their marketing department and their interior designer, David Hawkins Design Management, to fully renovate an existing storefront just off of campus. This fun and dynamic space allowed the visitor to experience and lease their unit while construction was underway. The project opened in 2014 on time and fully leased.
We have completed multiple leasing centers for NRP; for student housing and multi-family housing in Ohio and Florida.
