Located in a former industrial region-turned artist district, this is a market-rate, multi-family residential project with loft-inspired living along the famous San Antonio River Walk. The project scope includes interior design, custom furniture and millwork design, millwork/casework fabrication and FF&E design and acquisition. The project is currently under construction and is anticipated to open in 2016.
We teamed up with David Hawkins Design Management to provide project management and interior design for this project.
