We are working with FirstEnergy Corp. and MonPower to upgrade three of their customer contact centers in Ohio and West Virginia. We have provided master planning, design, phasing, cost estimating, interior design, and construction administration. Our team members have helped FirstEnergy completely upgrade their facilities HVAC, Electrical power and lighting, IT, and systems furniture. The buildings will be more energy efficient, comfortable, and with new amenities for their employees.
This multi-year, multi-tens-of-million dollar investment shows their commitment to top-notch customer service. All three multi-phase projects are on schedule to be completed by 2019.
