As a continuation to the design of the Beth El Congregation addition, Wheeler Boltz Architects has designed an outdoor fellowship area that doubles as the permanent framework for the sukkah during the Jewish festival of Sukkot. The trellis will frame and enhance views out of the chapel and limit views into the chapel from the busy driveway located adjacent to the facility. The design, detailing and materials selections were closely coordinated with the builder to ensure optimal constructability, ease of maintenance and use of materials.
