To meet the needs of more stringent federal data storage requirements and expanding office needs, Wheeler Boltz Architects collaborated with LTS Construction Plus to redevelop unused tenant space to fit the needs of Coleman Data Solutions. Close coordination with the client and constructor ensured minimal disruption during the construction process, allowing the building to remain operational for the duration of the renovation.
Two thousand square-feet of space was converted to secure paper and digital storage; meeting stringent federal standards, including sophisticated fire detection and extinguishing systems coupled with access management systems. To better serve the data entry, data indexing, document imaging and scanning, mail and payment processing, the existing office space and call center operations were also expanded.
