An all-inclusive living community located on the edge of Charlotte’s central business district, Loft One35 features a blend of urban living and luxury.  The interior design, furnishings and custom millwork were designed to attract young professionals that value convenience, premium amenities and sophisticated living in close proximity to everything that urban living has to offer.  The design simultaneously fuses the eclectic arts district, in which the building is located, with contemporary urban living.

In the studio, one or two-bedroom apartments, dark wood plank flooring contrasts with tiger white granite countertops and smoke glass tile backsplashes.  The expansive windows create perfect views across the Upton skyline.  Amenities include a unique open lounge and business center that features custom wood-clad columns, floating wooden trellises and a truly inimitable custom seating and reading nook with color-changing LED lighting.  The main amenity center, overlooking the social courtyard, offers a media center, kitchen, communal dining, billiards and gaming; all containing elements of custom millwork and lighting.  The fitness center overlooks the pool courtyard, and features a cardio mezzanine.
