As they say, “it’s what’s on the inside that counts,” and this can certainly be applied to the built environment. A good building is carefully sited, oriented, aesthetically pleasing and contextual. The same can be said for the interior environment, but at a much more intimate scale. Texture, color, volume and light is carefully manipulated to create spaces that are engaging, beautiful and healthful.
